Seth Mitchell has been a practicing attorney for over 35 years. He graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law and immediately devoted himself to criminal law. He was Assistant State Attorney for Wicomico County in Maryland for three years and later became an assistant public defender for over eight years, collecting valuable knowledge for his clients. His private practice opened in 1999, focusing on criminal defense law.

Seth Mitchell lives in his hometown of Salisbury, MD, with his wife and two children. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and flying.
